不同微生态制剂对羔羊体外发酵参数、育肥效果和免疫性能的影响 被引量:10

Effects of different microecological preparations on fermentation parameters,fattening effect and immune performance of lambs in vitro

摘要 为了研究微生态制剂对羔羊体外发酵参数、育肥效果及免疫性能的影响,试验开展了体外发酵、育肥及免疫性能试验,体外试验对复合微生态制剂(1%、2%、3%)和芽孢杆菌粉(1‰、2‰、3‰)进行瘤胃发酵参数对比,预测其在育肥生产中的应用效果;育肥试验通过测定羔羊平均日增重、采食量及饲料报酬,研究两种类型微生态制剂在羔羊育肥中的应用效果;免疫试验通过测定羔羊血清中免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)和免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)浓度探讨微生态制剂对羔羊免疫性能的影响。结果表明:1)微生态制剂可以降低瘤胃液pH值,促进体外发酵产气量的增加,增加发酵底物中的总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)含量;2)复合菌组和芽孢杆菌组羔羊平均日增重显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),其中试验2组(添加2%复合微生态制剂)及试验5组(添加2‰芽孢杆菌纯菌粉)的羔羊平均日增重极显著高于对照组(P〈0.01);3)复合微生态制剂可以显著提高羔羊血清中的Ig G和Ig M浓度(P〈0.05)。说明日粮中添加微生态制剂可以有效提高羔羊日增重,缩短育肥周期,提高羊群免疫力,减少死淘率,降低养殖企业经营成本。 To study the effects of microecological preparations on fermentation parameters,fattening and immune performance of lambs in vitro,the experiments were divided into three parts: ruminal fermentation in vitro,fattening experiment,immunity performance experiment. The application effects of compound probiotics(1%,2%,3%) and bacillus preparation(1‰,2‰,3‰) in fattening production was predicted in vitro experiments by comparing rumen fermentation parameters. The effects of two probiotics on the fattening of lambs were studied by measuring the average daily gain(ADG),feed intake and feed remuneration of lambs. The effects of the microecological preparations on immune performance were explored in the immunological test by measuring the content of immunoglobulin G(Ig G) and immunoglobulin M(Ig M) in serum of lambs.The results showed that 1) the pH value in rumen could be reduced,the production of fermentation in vitro could be increased and the content of TVFA in the fermentation substrate could be increased by adding probiotics in the diet. 2) The ADG of composite probiotics group and bacillus group were significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0. 05). The ADG of 2% composite probiotics and 2 ‰ pure Bacillus groups were significant difference compared with the control group(P〈0. 01). 3) The concentration of Ig G and Ig M antibodies in lamb serum could be significantly increased by adding compound probiotics in the diet(P 〈0. 05). The results indicated that the daily gain and immunity of lambs could be effectively improved,and the fattening cycle,rate of waste and operating costs of farming enterprises could be effectively reduced by adding the micro-ecological agents in diet.
