摘要
为了研究不同温度及光照条件对灌木铁线莲(Clematis fruticosa Turcz.)种子萌发生理生化特性的影响,测定了不同温度(恒温15,20,25℃及15-35℃变温)条件及15-35℃光照(1 250 lx,8 h)或黑暗处理下灌木铁线莲种子萌发过程中的萌发指标及生理生化指标的变化情况。结果表明:变温15-35℃条件下,种子的发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、发芽指数、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性最好,丙二醛(MDA)含量最低,起始萌发时间最短。说明变温15-35℃为灌木铁线莲种子萌发的最适温度条件。
In order to study the effects of different temperature and light on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of Clematis fruticosa Turcz seed germination,the germination indicators and physiological and biochemical indexes during germination were determined under different temperature(15,20,25 ℃,15-35 ℃),light treatment(15-35 ℃,1 250 lx,8 h) and dark treatment. The results showed that under the temperature of 15-35 ℃,the seed germination rate,germination potential,vigor index,germination index,peroxidase(POD) activity and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity were the best. The activity of MDA was the lowest,and the germination date was the shortest. The results indicated that the optimal temperature of Clematis fruticosa Turcz seed germination was the temperature vary from 15 ℃ to 35 ℃.
