摘要
以采集自山西省浑源县的野生草地早熟禾为材料,通过利用0、1.0%、2.0%和4.0%的KNO3和Ca(NO3)2分别对种子浸种0d、1d和2d并回干1d,探究其对野生草地早熟禾种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响,15d后,检测种子发芽和幼苗生长情况。结果表明:各梯度KNO3处理后的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和平均发芽天数较对照显著提高,随着KNO3浓度的增加,种子的发芽率和发芽指数呈现持续升高的趋势,而发芽势和平均发芽天数均呈现先升后降的趋势;各梯度Ca(NO3)2对种子的发芽指数和活力指数有显著提升效果,浸种1d的发芽指数和活力指数随着Ca(NO3)2浓度的增加呈现先升后降的趋势,而在浸种2d时呈现下降趋势;通过隶属函数分析得出,2.0%KNO3浸种1d在各处理中效果最优,发芽势和活力指数较对照分别提高167.52%和82.36%,平均发芽天数较对照缩短2.62 d。
Poa pratensis collected from Hunyuan County(Shanxi Province)was used as the research subject.The seeds were soaked with different concentrations(0,1.0%,2.0%or 4.0%)of KNO3 or Ca(NO3)2 for 0,1 or 2 d,respectively,and then dehydrated for 1 d.The effect of KNO3 or Ca(NO3)2 on the seed germination and the seedling growth of Poa pratensis were determined after 15 d.The results showed that the germination energy,germination rate,index of germination and mean germination period of seeds were significantly higher in KNO3 treatment groups than those of the control group.The index of germination and germination rate of seed were elevated with the increased concentration of KNO3.While the germination energy and mean germination period were increased firstly and then decreased with the elevation of KNO3 concentration.Compared with the control group,significant elevations of the index of germination and index of vigor of seeds were observed in Ca(NO3)2 treatment groups.Under the soaking condition for 1 d,the index of germination and vigor of seeds showed the trend of firstly increase and subsequent decrease with the increasing of Ca(NO3)2 concentrations.While under the soaking condition for 2 d,these two indices exhibited the decreasing trend.Two percent KNO3 soaking for 1 d was considered as the best condition by membership function analysis,which induced that the germination energy and index of vigor were elevated by 167.52%and 82.36%,respectively,and the mean germination period was shortened by 2.62 d,compared with the control group.
