摘要
试验选用4种浸种剂:水、0.5mmol·L^(-1)水杨酸、2.0%硝酸钾溶液、2.0%硝酸钙溶液,分别对草地早熟禾品种优异(Poa pretensis‘Merit’)进行100mmol·L^(-1) NaCl盐胁迫下不同时间的浸种-回干处理。对幼苗鲜重等相关指标进行测定,结果表明浸种-回干对提高草地早熟禾耐盐性强弱依次为:2.0%硝酸钙溶液浸种回干8h、2.0%硝酸钾溶液浸种回干8h、0.5mmol·L^(-1)水杨酸浸种回干8h。
Four soaking agents were chosen: H20 , 0. 5 mmol. L-1 Salicylic acid (SA), 2. 0%KNO3, 2.0%Ca(NO3)2 Different soaking-dehydration combination treatments were applied to the seeds of Kentucky bluegrass cultivar ‘Merit'. The treated seeds were geminated under salt stress (100 mmol · L-1 NaC1). Fresh weight and related indicators were measured and the results showed that soaking agent and dehydration time affected salt tolerance of Kentucky bluegrass. And the order of the effect was: 2.0% Ca(NOa)2 soaking-8 h dehydration, 2.0%KNO3 soaking-8 h dehydration and then 0.5 mmol· L -1 SA soa- king-8 h dehydration.
