摘要
近30年的素质教育实践表明,有效教学的关键在于教师素养的提升,教师素养提升的有效途径在于教师专业发展,教师专业发展的关键在于教师专业知识发展。本研究采用量化与质化相结合的研究范式,揭示了不同教师知识来源对小学英语教师专业知识发展的重要程度。结果表明:"教学观摩活动"是小学英语教师专业知识发展最为重要的来源,"自身教学经验与反思""和同事的日常交流"是小学英语教师专业知识发展比较重要的来源,"教育见习实习"是职前教育经验中比较重要的教师知识来源,而"入职后的学历教育"是最不重要的教师知识来源。最后,从有效教学的视角,结合研究发现提出了小学英语教师专业知识发展的途径与策略。
Nearly 30 years of quality education indicates that the improvement of the quality of teachers is the key to effective teaching. The professional development of teachers is an effective way to enhance the quality of teaching and developing the professional knowledge of teachers is the key to their professional development. This study explores the importance of different sources of professional knowledge development of primary level English teachers, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. Data analysis reveals that classroom observation is the most important knowledge source. Both sharing and reflecting on teaching experiences are important knowledge sources for teachers in their in-service period. During this period, educational probation and internship is an important knowledge source for teachers whereas in-service academic education is the least important knowledge source. This study puts forward the means and strategies for professional knowledge development of primary school English teachers from the perspective of effective teaching.
