摘要
文章考察了气候援助减少二氧化碳排放的理论路径以及国际社会对中国气候援助的实际减排效果。将气候援助对二氧化碳排放的影响区分为直接效应和间接效应,通过建立包含气候援助和二氧化碳排放在内的动态最优化模型,找到气候援助降低二氧化碳排放的理论路径。基于中国省际面板数据的实证分析显示,气候援助整体上缓慢地增加了中国的二氧化碳排放。
This paper studies the theory mechanism of climate aid and carbon dioxide emissions reduction, as well as actual reductions of climate aid to China. The impact of climate aid to carbon dioxide emissions is divided into direct effect and indirect effect. We establish the dynamic optimization model containing the climate aid and carbon dioxide emissions and find the path how climate aid reduces emissions of carbon dioxide. According to the empirical analysis based on provincial panel data of China, we find that climate aid overall slowly increased China's carbon dioxide emissions.
