摘要
支气管哮喘是一种以慢性气道炎症和气道高反应性为特征的异质性疾病,以反复发作的喘息、咳嗽、气促、胸闷为主要临床表现,常在夜间和(或)凌晨发作或加剧。过敏性鼻炎又称变应性鼻炎,是特应性个体接触致敏原后由Ig E介导的介质(主要是组胺)释放、并有多种免疫活性细胞和细胞因子等参与的鼻黏膜慢性炎症反应性疾病,以鼻痒、喷嚏、鼻分泌亢进、鼻黏膜肿胀等为主要特点。两者均为过敏性疾病,虽然临床表现、发病部位不同、症状各异,但病因和发病特点相似,病机相通。基于此种原因,王烈教授提出了"鼻哮"理论,并制定了鼻炎和哮喘兼治的精治细防的治疗措施。王烈老师认为鼻和哮二者治之不可偏,自拟"鼻哮汤"治疗鼻性哮喘,在临床取得了非常满意的疗效。
Bronchial asthma is the heterogeneity disease characterized as chronic airway inflammation and airway hyper-responsiveness,manifested as repeated asthmatic breathing,cough,short breathing and chest oppression. It is commonly attacked or alleviated at night and(or） in the early morning. Allergic rhinitis is the chronic inflammatory reactive disease of nasal mucosa. It is induced by the contact to the sensitinogen by the idiocrasy individual,the release of Ig E media(histamine） and the involvement of many kinds of immunocompetent cells and cellular factors. The disease is manifested as nasal itching,sneezing,nasal hypersecretion,nasal mucosal swelling. Both bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis refer to the allergic diseases. They are different in the clinical manifestation,locations and symptoms,but the etiology and the clinical characters are similar. The pathogeneses are interconnected. Hence,Prof. Wang Lie proposed the rhinitis-asthma theory and the measures for the precise treatment and prevention of allergic rhinitis and asthma. Prof. Wang believes that ＂rhinitis＂and ＂asthma＂should be considered simultaneously in the treatment. The self-prepared bixiaotang achieves the very satisfactory clinical effects on nasal asthma.
