摘要 由于轻量化桥式起重机起升机构与传统布置形式不同,因此其零部件受力状态、设计要求也与传统计算方法不同.本文构建了小车刚柔耦合动力学仿真模型,研究了吊重起升过程中系统的动力学特性,分析了机构的受力状况,提出了轻量化起升机构设计的重要环节及薄弱点.基于轻量化桥式起重机小车试验平台,根据小车结构特点,对小车部分零部件进行动态试验研究,分析在典型工况下动力学特性,通过与仿真模型进行对比,验证了仿真模型合理性.本文对轻量化小车的设计进行了动力学研究,对掌握轻量化桥式起重机小车设计方法具有重要意义. Because the hoisting mechanism of lightweight bridge crane has different arrangement with traditional structure, force state and design requirements of its components are calculated in dif- ferent ways. This article builds dynamics simulation model of trolley rigid - flexible coupling to study the dynamics characteristics in hoisting system and analyzes the situation by force in mechanism, the important part and weak points of the design are analyzed under the lightweight hoisting mechanism. Based on test platform of lightweight bridge crane trolley, the trolley parts are carried on dynamic test and research according to the structural characteristics of the trolley. Its dynamic properties are analyzed under typical conditions. Through comparing with simulation model, the rationality of the simulation model is verified. Three - fulcrums design dynamics of the lightweight trolley were studied in the mechanical basis, it is important to master the design method in the trolley of lightweight bridge crane.
