摘要
为研究岸边集装箱起重机(简称岸桥)在变频调速(Variable Velocity Variable Frequency,VVVF)控制下其起升动载因数的变化问题,在Matlab\Simulink中利用电力电子元件建立电机和变频调速系统模型,在MSC Adams中建立岸桥前大梁刚柔耦合模型,分别在未变频和变频调速控制下,对这2个模型进行联合仿真.仿真结果表明,变频调速控制下岸桥的起升动载因数大大降低.
In order to investigate the change of uprising dynamic load factor of quayside container crane with Variable Velocity Variable Frequency (VVVF) control system, a motor and VVVF control system model is built by using power electronic components in Matlab/Simulink, and a front girder rigid-flexible coupling model of quayside container crane is built in MSC Adams. Co-simulation is made between the two models with and without VVVF control separately. The simulation shows that the uprising dynamic load factor is greatly reduced with VVVF control system.
