摘要
某氧化铜铜品位为5.55%,氧化率高达99.37%,含泥量大,氧化铜矿物种类多,矿石性质复杂。为了较好的回收该氧化铜矿,首先浮选脱除矿泥及滑石后,采用常规的硫化浮选法回收铜;所脱除矿泥及滑石采用重选回收部分铜;浮选尾矿采用磁选回收部分弱磁性难浮选的氧化铜。该脱泥重选—浮选—磁选联合工艺获得总铜精矿铜品位为19.86%,回收率为76.94%,取得了较好的选矿技术指标。
There is 5. 55% Cu in a copper oxide ore,the oxidation rate of 99. 37% which is high. There are many kinds of copper oxide minerals in the ore. Mineral composition is complex with larger quantity of mud. In order to recover the oxidized copper minerals better,after flotation was used to remove the mud and talc,the copper oxide ore is recovered by the conventional sulfide flotation process. Some copper was recovered by gravity concentration from the mud and talc. Partially weakly magnetic copper oxide was recovered by magnetic separation from the flotation tailings. A total copper oxide concentrate with copper grade of 19. 86%,recovery of 76. 94% was obtained by the combined beneficiation process of desliming and gravity separation-flotation-magnetic separation.Better beneficiation technical index have been obtained.
