摘要 新疆伊犁某难处理金矿石属微细浸染型硫化矿石,金品位3.69 g/t。矿石中除含有大量石英和硅酸盐类矿物外,钙镁类矿物和氧化铝的含量都较高,泥化严重。针对该矿石性质,通过对浮选调整剂和捕收剂的优化,确定了合理的药剂制度,闭路试验获得了良好技术指标,金精矿金品位45.16 g/t、金回收率84.20%。 The research subject is a microfine-particle disseminated refractory sulfide gold ore from Ili,Xinjiang,and the grade of Au in the ore is 3. 69 g/t. In addition to a large amount of quartz and silicate minerals,the ore contains lots of alumina and calcium magnesium minerals,and is also seriously argillaceous. According to the properties of the ore,with the optimization of regulators and collectors,the reasonable regime of agent was established. The final closed-circuit test obtained good technical index: the gold grade in the gold concentrates was 45. 16 g/t and the recovery rate was 84. 20 %.
