新疆某金矿选—冶联合流程试验研究 被引量:2

Test study on beneficiation smelting combined process for a gold ore from Xinjiang

摘要 针对新疆某微细嵌布难选金矿石,在矿石矿物学研究的基础上,开展了浮选—浮尾氰化选冶联合流程试验研究,采用最佳药剂制度,通过一粗一精二扫、中矿循序返回闭路浮选试验流程,获得回收率为 85.54%、品位为 45.72 g/t 的金精矿。尾矿中损失的金,再磨后,通过氰化浸出回收,对原矿中金的回收率提高 10% 以上。全流程中,金的总回收率达 96.51%。 Based on mineralogical research on a refractory finely-embedded gold ore from Xinjiang,the test research on beneficiation smelting combined process of flotation and then tailing cyanidation was conducted.Optimal reagent system was applied,and after the flotation process of one roughing,one cleaning and one scavenging,middling returning to closed circuit in sequence,the gold concentrate with recovery ratio of 85.54% and grade of 45.72 g/t was obtained.The gold lost in tailing was ground,leached via cyanidation and then recovered,thus the gold recovery ratio of raw ore enhanced above 10%.During the whole process flow,the overall gold recovery ratio reached 96.51%.
