荞麦秸秆、大豆秸秆、冰草配比苜蓿对绵羊饲粮组合效应研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了探讨荞麦秸秆、大豆秸秆、冰草与苜蓿配比后对绵羊饲粮组合效应的影响,本试验采用体外产气法测定精粗比30∶70下精料补充料为30,某秸秆∶苜蓿干草为70∶0、60∶10、50∶20、40∶30、30∶40、20∶50、10∶60、10∶60时24组饲粮组合及5种原料分别培养2、4、6、9、12、24、36、48、72、96h内的产气量,并通过24h产气量和各组合的加权估算值计算出组合效应值(AE)。结果表明:荞麦秸秆、大豆秸秆、冰草与苜蓿配比后,各组间AE无显著差异(P>0.05)。从产气参数看,荞麦秸秆∶苜蓿以60∶10组AE最优,大豆秸秆∶苜蓿以10∶60组AE最优。冰草∶苜蓿以70∶0、60∶10、40∶30、30∶40、20∶50、10∶60组AE均较好,尤以70∶0组AE最优。结论:低比例大豆秸秆(10)配比高比例苜蓿AE最优,高比例荞麦秸秆(60)配比低比例苜蓿AE最优,多个比例(70、60、40、30、20、10)冰草配比苜蓿AE较高,尤以70组AE最优。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of alfalfa supplementation levels on buckwheat straw,soybean straw,wheatgrass basal diet on associative effects(AE)of diets in vitro.The proportion of concentrate was 30%when concentrate-roughage ratio was 30:70.For straw,alfalfa were 70:0,60:10,50:20,40:30,30:40,20:50,10:60.Then gas production(GP)was recorded at 0,2,4,6,9,12,24,36,48,72,96 h.And the AE was defined as the difference between the observed in vitro GP24 hand the predicted value from individual feed fermented alone.The results showed as follows:The AE of all groups of buckwheat straw,soybean straw and wheatgrass were all not significantly different(P〉0.05).The AE of groups of 60:10 of buckwheat straw:alfalfa was best,10:60 of soybean straw:alfalfa was greater according to gas parameters in vitro.The AE of the groups of 70:0,60:10,40:30,30:40,20:50,10:60 of wheatgrass:alfalfa were greater,and the group of 70:0 was greatest.It is concluded that the AE is better when high levels of alfalfa and low levels of soybean straw(10)are combined,and low levels of alfalfa and high levels of buckwheat straw(60)are combined.The AE is better when several levels of wheatgrass(70,60,40,30,20,10)and alfalfa are combined,especially the group of 70 wheatgrass.
