摘要
随着医疗技术的发展,医用生物材料渐渐普及,生物材料在人体内可以替代原组织或器官发挥功能,在人体内环境的作用下金属器材内部的元素以离子的方式溶出,会对临近的细胞造成活性影响。本文将利用平滑肌细胞作为研究对象,通过CCK-8细胞活性实验、细胞划痕修复实验、Transwell小室实验和吉姆萨染色等实验研究锰离子对细胞增殖能力和迁移能力等细胞活性的影响。
With the development of medical technology, biomaterials become popular and they can replace the original tissues or organs in the human body. However, due to the effect of human internal environment, the metal elements within the biomaterials will be ionized dissolution in the human body, and the metal ions will have an impact on the activity of nearby cells. Vascular smooth muscle cells were used in this paper. Cell viability was assessed by CCK-8 assay. Cell scratch, Transwell assay and Gimsa staining were used to study the effect of manganese ions on cell migration and proliferation ability.
