摘要
为研究某矿胶结充填体破裂后的强度变化及其原因,对充填体样品进行烘干浸水物理试验和岩石力学强度测试,同时利用X射线衍射分析技术对充填体主要矿物组成进行定性分析。结果表明,胶结充填体破裂面颜色变化深浅与其暴露在空气中的时间及所处温度有着密切的关系,含水率与空气是胶结充填体破裂面发生颜色变化的主要因素,充填体破裂后在空气中氧的作用下发生了"析盐"反应,其矿物组成发生了变化,在一定程度上影响其强度及完整性,使得胶结充填体强度急剧降低,其抗拉强度大约为未反应胶结充填体抗拉强度的52.9%,胶结充填体破裂后产生的"析盐"反应对充填体的整体稳定性存在着安全隐患,矿山需要加强关注,以免影响矿山安全作业。
In order to study the intensity variation of cemented filling body and the reason when broken,making drying,submerging and strength tests of the rock mechanics for cemented filling body,and using X-ray diffraction analysis technique to make a qualitative analysis for cemented filling body's mineral composition.Results show that the degree of color change of cemented filling body's fracture has close relationship between the time when exposed to air and temperature where place,and moisture content and air are main factors.Broken cemented filling body with oxygen happened"salting-out"reaction,and its mineral composition has changed,to some extent,affected its strength and integrity,reduced its strength sharply,and its tensile strength is about 52.9% of the original tensile strength."Salting-out"reaction of the broken cemented filling body has the disadvantage to the cemented filling body's overall stability.Mine need to strengthen the attention,in order to avoid affecting mine safety work.
