WGJ高性能钢材受弯构件整体稳定性能试验

摘要 武汉钢铁集团自主研发了新型WGJ高性能结构钢材,兼具强度高、耐火、耐候等特性,将在建筑结构中发挥重要作用.为研究WGJ钢材的基本力学性能以及受弯构件的整体稳定性能,本文设计了标准材性试件以及6根不同长细比的焊接工字形受弯构件,并对受弯构件进行了整体侧向失稳加载试验.材性试验结果表明,WGJ钢材的应力-应变关系具有明显的非线性特征,宜采用0.2%规定塑性延伸强度表征其强度特性,Ramberg-Osgood模型可准确描述其应力-应变曲线特征.在构件加载试验中,所有构件均发生弯扭整体失稳,构件塑性变形程度较低,卸载后残余变形较小.通过将本文试验结果与我国规范和欧洲规范的设计结果进行比较,讨论了现行设计方法对评价WGJ高性能钢材受弯构件整体稳定性的适用性. A new type of high performance steel,designated WGJ steel,was recently developed by Wuhan Iron and Steel Group.WGJ steel has improved tensile strength,fire-resistance and weather-resistance,compared with conventional structural steel.Because of its high performance,WGJ steel will significantly improve the safety and resistance of building structures under hazard conditions.Material test specimens and 6 welded I-section beams with different slenderness were designed and tested to investigate the basic material properties and lateral-torsional buckling behavior.It is found from the test results that the stress-strain relationship of WGJ steel is characterized by strong nonlinearity and the 0.2%offset yield strength,is appropriate to represent the steel strength.Meanwhile,Ramberg-Osgood model can fit the stress-strain curves well.It was observed from the tests that lateral-torsional buckling was the dominant failure modes.The plastic deformation was not significant during the tests,and there was little remarkable residual deformation for most specimens after unloading.The test results were compared with the design values obtained from the clauses in Eurocode 3 and GB50017-2003.It was discussed whether the current design methods could be applied to determine the overall stability of beams fabricated from WGJ high performance steel.
