摘要
针对城市轨道列车滚动轴承故障诊断的问题,提出了一种基于经验模态分解与相关系数法相结合的故障诊断方法。对采集的轴承振动信号进行经验模态分解,并获得分解后分量信号的本征模函数;采用相关系数法估计安全域边界并进行故障诊断。研究结果表明,文章提出的诊断方法能够准确地判断轴承的运行状况,有较高的实用性。
Aiming at the fault diagnosis of rolling bearings of urban rail trains, a fault diagnosis method based on EMD and CCM is proposed. The EMD of the vibration signal is decomposed to obtain the IMF component of the vibration signal. The correlation coefficient method is used to estimate the boundary of the security domain and the fault diagnosis is carried out. The results show that this method can realize the early fault diagnosis of train rolling bearing, and has high practicability.
