摘要
酒精依赖包括对酒渴求、固定的饮酒方式、酒精耐受性增加和出现戒断症状等多种临床特征。酒精依赖会引起睡眠障碍,还会导致多种睡眠相关疾病,严重影响患者的身心健康和社会功能。本文通过对相关文献的回顾,综述酒精依赖性睡眠障碍的流行病学、发病机制、临床表现、诊断标准及临床治疗的研究进展。
Alcohol dependence has a series of clinical symptoms including the craving of drinking patterns, and the increased tolerance to alcohol, the withdrawal symptoms and other clinical characteristics. Alcohol dependence is associated not only with sleep disorder, but also with other sleep-related disorders, which has resulted in heavy burdens on the overall health and social function of individual. This article reviews the epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnostic criteria and treatment options for the sleep disorder in alcohol dependence.
