摘要
目的对邢台地区3~18岁组儿童少年单纯性肥胖患病率的现状进行调查,为预防控制提供依据。方法自行设计调查表格,调查内容包括年龄、性别、身高和体重。凡体重≥120%者既视为单纯性肥胖。运用SPSS 11.5对数据进行统计学分析。结果在6 400名3~18岁组儿童少年中,单纯性肥胖的患病率随着年龄的增长而增高,肥胖的发生呈现两个高峰,一是5~7岁组,二是11~13岁组。各年龄组男生与女生单纯性肥胖患病率的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但总患病率男生高于女生,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.462,P=0.035<0.05)。结论 5~7岁组和11~13岁组儿童少年是单纯性肥胖发生的敏感期,应重点进行预防与控制。
Objective To investigate the present situation of morbidity rate of simple obesity among 3 ～ 18 years old children and adolescents in Xingtai and provide basis for its prevention and control. Methods A self-designed survy form was used for investigation which included age,sex,height and weight. Those whose weight was more than 120% were considered as simple obesity. The data was statistically analyzed by using SPSS 11. 5. Results Among the 6 400 children and adolescents of 3 ～ 18 years old,the morbidity rate of simple obesity increased with the increase of age and there appeared two peaks in the occurrence of obesity,one appeared among 5 ～ 7 years old group and the other one appeared among 11 ～ 13 years old group. The morbidity rate of simple obesity of male and female in each age group showed no significant difference(P〈0. 05）,but the total morbidity rate of male was higher than that of female and the difference had statistical significance(χ^2= 4. 462,P = 0. 035 0. 05）. Conclusion Children and adolescents in 5 ～ 7 years old age group and 11 ～ 13 years old age group are in the sensitive period of the occurrence of simple obesity and prevention and control should be focused on them.
