摘要
[目的]调查延边地区朝鲜族和汉族小学生的身高、体质量及体质量指数（BMI）,比较朝鲜族与汉族小学生体格指标的分布特征.[方法]于2011年6月—2012年6月间,采用整群抽样方法抽取延边地区3所小学校8~12岁小学生3 159名,在清晨空腹状态下准确测量身高（cm）、体质量（kg）和BMI（kg/m2）.[结果]朝鲜族和汉族男生身高平均水平分别为143.09±10.69和139.21±9.46,女生分别为143.08±10.52和138.22±10.23,相比较差异有统计学意义（t男=7.136,t女=8.502;P〈0.000 1）;延边地区小学生的身高（F朝男=2 440.147,F汉男=1 106.588,F朝女=3 147.320,F汉女=1 448.040）均随年龄的增长呈升高趋势（P〈0.000 1）.朝鲜族和汉族男生体质量平均水平分别为38.37±11.20和34.41±10.19,女生分别为37.75±10.67和32.75±9.05,相比较差异有统计学意义（t男=6.846,t女=9.568;P〈0.000 1）;延边地区小学生的体质量（F朝男=702.094,F汉男=250.931,F朝女=1 037.084,F汉女=403.717）均随年龄的增长呈升高趋势（P〈0.000 1）.朝鲜族和汉族男生BMI平均水平分别为18.43±3.50和17.46±3.37,女生分别为18.13±3.35和16.86±2.89,相比较差异均有统计学意义（t男=5.131,t女=7.631;P〈0.000 1）;延边地区小学生的BMI（F朝男=100.289,F汉男=28.879,F朝女=192.764,F汉女=47.303）均随年龄的增长呈升高趋势（P〈0.000 1）.[结论]延边地区小学生体格发育分布特征存在明显的民族差异.
OBJECTIVETo investigate the height,weight and body mass index（BMI）to analyze their distribution characteristics of physical development indexes in Korean-Chinese and Han nationality pupils of Yanbian area.METHODS By using a cluster sampling method,3 159 of students aged 8-12 years old were selected in 3of primary schools from June,2010 and June,2012.The height（cm）,weight（kg）and body mass index（BMI,kg/m2）were measured by using the standardized methods in the early morning after 12 hour fasting.RESULTSThe average height in Korean-Chinese and Han nationality male and female students was 143.09±10.69 and 139.21±9.46,143.08±10.52 and 138.22±10.23,respectively,and the ethnic differences were significant in both sexes（tboy=7.136,tgirl=8.502;P 0.000 1）,and was progressively higher with the increases of age（FK-boy=2 440.147,FH-boy=1 106.588,FK-girl=3 147.320,FH-girl=1 448.040;P〈0.000 1）.The average body weight in Korean-Chinese and Han nationality male and female students was 38.37±11.20 and 34.41±10.19,37.75±10.67 and 32.75±9.05,respectively,and the ethnic differences were significant in both sexes（tboy=6.846,tgirl=9.568;all P〈0.000 1）,and was progressively higher with the increases of age（FK-boy=702.094,FH-boy=250.931,FK-girl=1 037.084,FH-girl=403.717;P 0.000 1）.The BMI in Korean-Chinese and Han nationality male and female students was 18.43±3.50 and 17.46±3.37,18.13±3.35 and 16.86±2.89,respectively,and the ethnic differences were significant in both sexes（tboy=5.131,tgirl=7.631;all P〈0.000 1）,and was progressively higher with the increases of age（FK-boy=100.289,FH-boy=28.879,FK-girl=192.764,FH-girl=47.303;all P〈0.000 1）.CONCLUSION The distribution characteristics of physical development indexes in Korean-Chinese and Han nationality pupils of Yanbian area are significant difference between two nationalities.
