摘要
目的通过检测原油开采过程中各作业点苯系物浓度含量,评价所采取的职业危害防护措施的效果,对企业提出针对性职业病防护措施。方法对河南省濮阳某油田采油A厂、采油B厂、采油C厂进行职业卫生现场调查、作业场所苯系物浓度现场采样与实验室检测分析。结果经检测,某油田采油B厂采油区原油化验过程中工作场所苯浓度最高达到32.6mg/m^3,采油C厂采油区原油化验过程中苯浓度最高达到17.1mg/m^3,原油储罐检尺作业时苯浓度达到13.4mg/m^3,采油A厂各工作场所苯物质均未检出。结论原油油气中苯物质主要来源于原油本身及开采过程中所加助剂,根据检测结果,企业应加强采油过程中苯的职业病防护,关注助剂的发展,及时引进低毒或无毒助剂,规范开放性作业操作规程。
[Objective]Through the detection of the concentrations of benzene series in the oil extraction process,evaluate the effectiveness of the occupational hazard protection measures,and put forward the targeted occupational-disease-prevention measures for enterprises. [Methods] The field occupational hygiene investigation,field sampling of benzene series and the laboratory examination analysis were used to investigate oil production plant A,B and C in an oil field in Puyang City of Henan Province. [Results] In plant B,the concentration of benzene in the working area during the process of crude oil testing was up to32.6mg/m3. In plant C,the concentration of benzene during the process of crude oil testing and crude oil storage tank checking was 17.1mg/m3 and 13.4mg/m3. In plant A,the benzene was not found in workplace. [Conclusion] The benzene material in crude oil and petroleum is mainly derived from the crude oil and the auxiliary agent. According to the test results,enterprises should strengthen the occupational protection of benzene in oil recovery process,focus on the development of auxiliaries to introduce low toxic or non-toxic additives duly,and standardize open operation procedures.
