摘要
目的评价黑龙江省某装备制造厂职业病危害情况,找出关键控制点,提出改进措施。方法2020年7月,我们对黑龙江省某装备制造厂通过职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测等方法,对作业人员的职业病危害因素接触水平及健康状况进行分析。结果该厂在生产过程中可能产生二氧化锰、氨、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、三氯乙烯、丁酮、电焊烟尘、其他粉尘和噪声等职业病危害因素。除喷胶车间二甲苯和喷砂车间噪声超标外,其他危害因素均满足国家标准的要求。喷胶车间喷胶岗二甲苯C_(STEL)值为109 mg/m^(3),喷砂车间喷砂岗等效噪声值为86.4 dB(A)。结论该厂针对目前状况采取的防护措施基本有效,超标场所涉及岗位为关键控制点,建议对超标场所进防护措施行改造,加强个体防护。
Objective To evaluate the occupational hazards of an equipment manufacturing factory in Heilongjiang Province,find out the critical control points and put forward improvement measures. Methods In July 2020,the occupational hazard exposure level and health status of workers in an equipment manufacturing plant in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed by means of occupational health field investigation and occupational health detection. Results The possible occupational hazards produced in the production process included manganese dioxide,ammonia,benzene,toluene,xylene,trichloroethylene,butanone,welding fume,other dust and noise. Except for xylene in glue spraying workshop and noise in sand blasting workshop,the levels of other hazard factors met the requirements of national standards. C_(STEL) value of xylene in glue spraying post in workshop spray workshop was109 mg/m^(3),and the equivalent noise value of sandblasting post in sandblasting workshop was 86.4 dB(A). Conclusion The protective measures taken by the factory for the current situation are basically effective,and the positions involved in the places exceeding the standard are the critical control points. It is suggested that the protective measures should be reformed for the places exceeding the standard,and personal protection should be strengthened.
