摘要1临床资料 患者男,63岁。因＂活动后胸闷、胸痛5年余,加重伴呼吸困难1 d＂于2017年7月3日入住上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院。患者既往高血压病史10余年,平时口服硝苯地平,血压控制在140/90 mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa）左右;银屑病史20余年,长期外用激素软膏治疗。
