摘要
以甜荞品种通辽本地小粒为试验材料,进行不同浓度的植物生长调节剂(GA3、NAA、PPP333)处理,测定了其产量和品质变化。结果表明,植物生长调节剂的喷施明显增加了甜荞的产量,均以浓度为150 mg·L^(-1)时产量达最高。通过对其主要农艺性状与产量的灰色关联分析与相关分析表明,充实度是影响产量的主要因素,除充实度外,在GA_3作用下单株粒重影响大,NAA作用下千粒重影响大;PPP333作用下株高影响大。适宜浓度的植物生长调节剂可在一定程度上提高甜荞的品质,但降低了黄酮含量。
The common buckwheat ‘Tongliaobendixiaoli'(TLBDXL) was selected to investigate the changes of yield and quality resulted from the treatment with different plant growth regulators, such as GA_3, NAA and PPP333. The result showed that the yield significantly increased when treated with different plant growth regulators with the highest yield achieved with the 150 mg·L-1 treatment of each plant growth regulator. The gray correlation analysis and correlation analysis of the main agronomic traits and yield showed that grain plumpness was the main factor affecting the yield. The grain weight per plant was the main factor affecting the yield of common buckwheat treated with GA3. The thousand-seed weight was the main factor affecting the yield of common buckwheat treated with NAA. The plant height was the main factor affecting the yield of common buckwheat treated with PPP333. The suitable concentration of plant growth regulator could improve the quality of common buckwheat in a certain extent, but it would reduce the content of flavonoids.
