摘要
2016~2017年在内蒙古武川县和呼和浩特市试验地进行叶面喷施3种外源激素,探讨其对荞麦(Fagopyrum esculentum)结实和产量的影响,为荞麦高结实率高产研究提供参考,以及为生产提供技术指导。以本地中熟荞麦品种‘北早生’和3个外地不同熟性的荞麦品种为材料,现蕾期和盛花期喷施赤霉素(GA3)、多效唑(PP333)、6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA),清水作对照,检测花粉可育性和柱头可授性的变化,探讨三种外源激素对干物质积累规律及最大积累速率的影响,并于成熟期进行结实调查及产量测定。三种外源激素处理后较对照均提高了花粉可育率和柱头可授性。与对照相比, PP333处理后两试验地增产20.5%~23.3%,结实率提高24.6%~33.1%,明显提高了单株粒数、单株粒重及千粒重,降低了株高和减少花序数;6-BA处理后两试验地增产10.2%~13.9%,结实率提高10.6%~18.7%,提高了株高、单株粒数、千粒重及花序数;PP333和6-BA处理后干物质最大积累速率提前;GA3处理后两试验地减产2.0%~3.4%,结实率下降12.2%~12.3%。喷施PP333和6-BA可明显提高荞麦结实和产量,喷施GA3效果不理想。生产上PP333处理使荞麦提高结实和产量的效果最佳。
The study of exogenous hormone treatment was applied to discuss its influence to the seed-setting rate and yield of common buckwheat(Fagopyrum esculentum).It was expected to provide technical guidance for production and reference for research on high seed-setting rate and high yield of common buckwheat.Three exogenous hormones including gibberellin A3(GA3),paclobutrazol(PP333) and 6-benzyl adenine(6-BA) were sprayed on the leaf surface at the bud stage and full bloom stage on local mid-maturing variety ’Beizaosheng’ and three different-maturity varieties as the field materials with clear water as control in Wuchuan County and urban area of Hohhot during 2016 and 2017.The changes in pollen fertility rate and stigma receptivity were detected and the influence of dry matter accumulation rule and maximal accumulation rate were explored,to measure seed-setting rate and yield at maturity.The results show that three exogenous hormones increased pollen fertility and stigma receptivity compared to the control group.PP333 treatment increased the yield by 20.5%–23.3% and the seed-setting rate by 24.6%–33.1%;the grain amount,grain mass per plant and 1 000-grain mass were apparently increased compared to the control;but the plant height and the amount of inflorescences were reduced.For 6-BA treatment,the seed-setting rate and yield increased by 10.2%–13.9% and 10.6%–18.7%,respectively;the other indexes were all increased compared to the control.The maximal accumulation rate of dry matter appeared earlier compared to the control after PP333 and 6-BA treatment as well as the seed-setting rate and yield were apparently improved.In contrast with that,after treated with GA3,the yield was decreased by 2.0%–3.4% and the seed-setting rate was decreased by 12.2%–12.3% compared to the control.In production,the best way to increase the seed-setting rate and yield of common buckwheat is to spray PP333 on the leaf surface.The study could provide a reference for improving the high seed-setting rate and yield of common buckw
