摘要 为了解决传统电动汽车车用逆变器IGBT驱动供电电源存在的电源过于集中,爬电距离和电气间隙难以保证,板上电源供电距离过长等问题,首先研究目前车用IGBT驱动电源的主要电路形式以及存在的问题;然后分析前后级驱动电源电路的特点和车用前后级电源电路的优点;最后提出利用汽车级通用分立器件设计一种前后级的车用驱动供电电源电路的技术方案。电路的前级SEPIC电路采用闭环策略保证实现宽压输入,定压输出的目的;电路的后级为半桥电路,采用开环策略实现隔离避免信号反馈。通过对最终的仿真测试结果分析,该驱动电源不仅能有效的解决传统电动汽车车用IGBT驱动电源电路存在的弊端,而且还具有较好的灵活性、高可靠性和快速的瞬态响应能力。 Many problems exist in the traditional electric vehicles, such as the over-concentration of power supply in inverter IGBT, difficulty of ensuring the creep distance and electric clearance and the overlong power supply distance. Therefore, to solve the above problems, the paper studied the circuit forms and existing problems in IGBT driving power, and analyzed the characteristics of the power circuits of the back and front driving forces and the advantages of front and back motor power circuits. At last, the motor general discrete forms were adopted to design the power circuit plan for front and back power supply. The fore SEPIC circuit uses closed-loop control strategy to ensure the wide voltage input and constant voltage output. The backward stage of the power circuit is half-bridge, which has adopted open-loop control strategy to realize the separation and avoid signal feedback. The analysis on the final simulation testing results showed that the driving power not only can effectively solve the problems existing in the IGBT driving power circuit of traditional electric vehicles, but also has higher flexibility, reliability and rapid transient response ability.
