摘要
利用电流型PWM控制器UC3844设计单端反激式IGBT驱动电源。介绍了电压型PWM控制器和电流型PWM控制器的区别并详细说明电流型PWM控制器UC3844的工作原理,给出了单端反激式驱动电源的拓扑结构,并详细介绍外围电路的搭建和器件选取数值计算过程。最后给出样机实验波形,该驱动电源经长时间运行,各项技术指标符合变频器IGBT驱动的要求,表明该设计方案正确、可靠,在工程应用中具有一定的参考价值。
A single-end fly-back IGBT driving converter based on current-mode PWM controller is presented in this paper. The difference between Voltage-mode PWM controller and current-mode PWM controller is introduced, and the principle of UC3844 is discussed in detail. By analyzing periphery circuit, the design process and the practical parameter of the circuit. Finally, the system waveforms are present. The experiment testifies that, the power has outstanding stability, and the performance meets the demand of the inverter. The validity of this method is proved by the practical application.
