摘要
应用水热结晶法对含氟废水进行了研究,结果表明,控制矿化剂投加量为0.04%,反应温度为90~95℃,pH在8左右,反应4 h后,出水氟化物(以F计)浓度降至5 mg/L以下,并稳定存在,满足排放标准要求。另外,实验过程中发现加压至3MPa的情况下,出水氟化物(以F计)浓度甚至能降至1 mg/L,达到饮用水标准。
Application of the hydrothermal crystallization method in the treatment of fluorine-containing wastewater is studied.The results show that the concentration of fluorides(counting on F) in effluent can remain stably below 5 mg·L(-1) and the treated water can meet the discharge standard when the adding amount of mineralizer is 0. 04%,the reaction temperature is in the range of 90-95℃,pH is around 8 and reaction lasts for about 4 h. In addition,it is found in experiments that when the pressure increases to 3 MPa,the concentration of fluorides(counting on F) in effluent can be reduced to 1 mg·L(-1),which reaches the drinking water standard.
