摘要
采用化学混凝沉淀法处理氟离子浓度为10 mg/L的废水,氟离子浓度降至1 mg/L以下,达到饮用水标准。考察了化学药剂用量、搅拌时间、溶液pH值对含氟废水处理效果的影响,得到最佳处理工艺:在100 mL含氟废水中,先加0.05 g石灰,0.05 g氯化钙,0.10 g磷酸二氢钾,搅拌40 min左右,再投加0.15 g絮凝剂硫酸铝,可将废水氟离子浓度降至1 mg/L以下。
The wastewater containing 10 mg/L of fluoride ion was treated by coagulation precipitation, and treated wasterwater containg less than 1 mg/L of fluoride ion met the standards of drinkwater. The effects of treatment conditions on the treatment of fluorine - containing wastewater were examined, and the optimum treatment process was obtained as follows: adding0. 05 g lime, 0. 05 g calcium chloride,O. 10 g monopotassium phosphate separately, stirring 40 minutes, then adding 0.15 g aluminium sulfate as coagutator. The coneentration of fluoride ion in wastewater decreased to below 1 mg/L.
