探讨尿液分析仪隐血检验与显微镜红细胞计数检验方法在尿液隐血检验中的效果 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨并比较尿液分析仪隐血检验与显微镜红细胞计数检验方法在尿液潜血检验中的效果。方法选取我院在2016年2月-2018年2月期间所收治的行尿液潜血检验的尿液标本120例作为此次研究的对象,对所有尿液标本同时予以尿液分析仪隐血检验与显微镜红细胞计数检验,然后观察并比较两种检验方法的结果。结果两种方法检验结果中均有20例为阳性标本,若以显微镜红细胞计数检验结果作为标准,则尿液分析仪隐血检验结果的假阳性率与假阴性率分别为15.00%、7.22%;若以尿液分析仪隐血检验结果作为标准,则显微镜红细胞计数检验结果的假阳性率与假阴性率分别为30.00%、3.23%。结论尿液分析仪隐血检验与显微镜红细胞计数检验方法在尿液潜血检验中的效果存在一定的差异,而应将两种检验方法联合运用,互为补充,以保证检验结果的准确性与可靠性。 Objective To investigate and compare the effect of occult blood test and microscopic erythrocyte count test in urine occult blood test. Methods The 120 urine samples treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study. All urine samples were simultaneously examined by urine analyzer and microscopic red blood cell count, and the results of the two methods were observed and compared. Results There were 20 positive specimens in both methods. If the results of erythrocyte count of microscope were taken as the standard, the false positive rate and false negative rate of urine analyzer were 15.00% and 7.22%. If the results of occult blood test of urine analyzer were taken as the standard, the false positive rate and false negative rate of erythrocyte count of microscope were 30.00% and 3.23%, respectively. Conclusion There are some differences between the methods of occult blood test of urine analyzer and erythrocyte count of microscope in urine occult blood test, and the two methods should be used together to complement each other, which could ensure the accuracy and reliability of the inspection results.
