摘要
目的研究尿液分析仪检验与显微镜红细胞计数检验在尿液隐血检验中的应用价值。方法选取自2019年1月至2019年7月于我院行尿液隐血检验患者的尿液标本150份,分别采用尿液分析仪检验与显微镜红细胞计数对尿液隐血进行检验,对比两种检验方式的检验结果。结果以显微镜为金标准下,采用尿液分析仪进行隐血检验,尿液隐血患者118例,其中107例与金标准结果相同,诊断符合率为90.68%,对尿液隐血的诊断敏感性为84.25%(107/127),特异性为52.17%(12/23),阳性为90.68%(107/118),阴性为37.50%(12/32);以尿液分析仪潜血检验为金标准下,采用显微镜进行隐血检验,尿液隐血患者127例,其中107例与金标准结果相同,诊断符合率为84.25%,对尿液隐血的诊断敏感性为90.68%(107/118),特异性为34.38%(11/32),阳性为84.25%(107/127),阴性为47.83%(11/23);两种诊断方式的诊断结果进行对比,差异较小(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论尿液分析仪检验与显微镜红细胞计数检验结果均存在一定的差异,可通过采用二者结合的检验方式对尿液隐血进行检验从而提高对检验结果的准确性。
Objective To explore the application value of urine analyzer test and microscopic red blood cell count test in urine occult blood test.Methods One hundred and fifty urine samples of patients with occult blood test in our hospital from January 2019 to July 2019 were selected.Urine analyzer test and microscopic red blood cell count were used to test the urine occult blood,and the test results of the two test methods were compared.Results Under the microscope as the gold standard,urine analyzer was used for occult blood test.Among 118 patients with occult blood,107 cases had the same results as the gold standard,and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 90.68%.The sensitivity,specificity,positive rate,positive rate and negative rate of occult blood were 84.25% (107/127),52.17% (12/23),90.68% (107/118) and 37.50% (12/32) respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,positive rate and negative rate of occult blood were 90.68% (107/118),34.38% (11/32),84.25% (107/127) and 47.83% (11/23) respectively.The results of the two diagnostic methods were compared There was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion There are some differences between the results of urine analyzer test and microscopic red blood cell count test.We can use the combination of the two methods to test the urine occult blood,so as to improve the accuracy of the test results.
