摘要
对曲柄连杆机构中的连杆进行了静力学及动力学特性分析.首先对连杆所受主要载荷进行了计算,其次建立了CATIA的三维模型,最后在ANSYS中进行了静力学及模态分析.研究结果表明:在最大拉伸和压缩两种极限工况下的应力和应变均在允许范围内,连杆工作中并不发生共振.本文结果可为连杆的结构改进提供参考.
The static and dynamic characteristics of the connecting rod in crank linkage are analyzed in this paper. Firstly, the main load of connecting rod is calculated, then CATIA's 3d model is established, and static and modal analysis are carried out in ANSYS. The results show that the stress and strain in the maximum stretching and compression conditions are within the allowable range, and the linkage work does not resonate. The results of this paper can provide reference for the structural improvement of connecting rod.
