气缸套部件机械疲劳试验方法研究

摘要 本文提供了一种具有通用性的气缸套部件机械疲劳试验设计思路和方法,该方法能够同时考虑气体爆发压力和活塞侧向力对气缸套疲劳寿命的影响。以某型发动机为研究对象,首先基于曲柄连杆机构动力学、运动学计算,获取原发动机工作状态下最大气体作用力和最大侧向力对应的曲轴转角时刻及其相对应的活塞位移,以此作为气缸套部件机械疲劳试验时的载荷和位移约束边界。其次,根据上述载荷和位移约束边界设计了部件疲劳试验中的关键结构参数。最终,通过试验对侧向力进行了标定,证明了侧向力加载的正确性。在此基础上完成了1000万次加载的气缸套部件疲劳试验考核,经渗透探伤检查,气缸套无裂纹,表明其满足可靠性设计要求。 The paper provides a general idea and method for mechanical fatigue test design of cylinder liner,which can consider the effects of gas pressure and piston lateral force on cylinder liner fatigue life.At the same time,taking a certain engine as the research object,firstly,based on the dynamics and kinematics calculation of the crank connecting rod mechanism,the crankshaft rotation time corresponding to the maximum gas force and the maximum lateral force of the original engine under the working state and the corre-sponding piston displacement are obtained,which is used as the load and displacement constraint boundary of the cylinder liner during the mechanical fatigue test.Secondly,the key structural parameters in the fatigue test of components are designed according to the load and displacement constraints.Finally,the lateral force is calibrated through the test scheme,and the correctness of lateral force loading is proved.On this basis,10 million times of cylinder liner component fatigue test is completed.Through penetration inspection,there is no crack in the cylinder liner,indicating that it meets the reliability design requirements.
