摘要
建立茶饮料中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的测定方法。采用吹扫捕集技术,三氯甲烷和四氯化碳经吹扫、捕集、解析等过程后进入色谱柱分离,再用质谱仪进行检测。三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的浓度分别在0~10μg/L和0~5.0μg/L范围内呈很好的线性关系,相关系数(r^2)分别为0.999 7和0.999 8。三氯甲烷的回收率和精密度分别为99.0%~104.0%、2.6%~7.1%,四氯化碳的回收率和精密度分别为94.4%~99.1%、0.7%~3.3%,检测限分别为0.5μg/L和0.2μg/L。本方法操作简单、灵敏度高、精密度优良,非常适合茶饮料中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的测定。
A method was established for determination of the chloroform and tetrachloromethane in tea drinks.Methods Using purge and trap technique,chloroform and tetrachloromethane were purged,trapped anddesorbed by Purge & Trap instrument,then detect by mass spectrometry after separation on chromatographiccolumn. Results It shows a good linear relationship for chloroform and tetrachloromethane in0 -10 μg/L (r2=0.9997)and 0-5.0 μg/L (r2=0.9998),respectively. The recoveries were in range of 99.0 %-104.0 % and94.4 %-99.1%,the RSDs were 2.6 %-7.1 % and 0.7 %-3.3 % for chloroform and tetrachloromethane,respectively. The detection limits were 0.5 μg/L for chloroform and 0.2 μg/L for tetrachloromethane respectively.Conclusion The method can be applied for determination of chloroform and tetrachloromethane in tea drinks withhigh sensitivity, good precision and simple in operation.
