摘要
目的: 建立一种水溶液中微量三氯甲烷的分析方法.方法: 采用比色管顶空气相色谱法测定水样中挥发性三氯甲烷.结果: 水样中挥发性三氯甲烷在0.0~12.0 μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996,回收率在93%~109%之间.结论:方法操作简便,适用于各种饮用水中三氯甲烷的监测.
Objective: To develop a stable and simple method for determination of Chloroform in aqueous solution. Methods: The Calorimetric tube headspace gas chromatography was used. Results The calibration curve of Chloroform was linear in the range of 0.00 12.00 μg/L( r = 0.9996 ) The average recovery range was 93 % - 109 %. Conclusion: The method was proved to be specific and reliable. It was very suitable for the determination of Chloroform in all kinds of water.
