摘要
以野生猕猴桃为原料,经预处理、膜处理及有机溶剂除杂等处理对其中的超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和多糖进行纯化。结果表明:原料中加入生理盐水、保护剂及溶膜剂冷提1 h可把细胞内的SOD及多糖提取出来,经冷提预处理后的料液用10~5和10~4分子量的中空纤维膜浓缩后得到SOD和多糖的浓缩液。最后经过有机溶剂除杂后可得到活性达到1 800 U/mg的SOD和含量为13.35%的多糖产品。该研究结果可为野生猕猴桃资源开发及综合利用提供参考。
Wild kiwi fruit was used as raw material to isolate and purify its superoxide dismutase andpolysaccharide by pretreatment,membrane treatment and organic solvent removing impurity. These resultsindicated that SOD and polysaccharide could be isolated from the raw material after cold extraction for1 hour bysolution physiologies,protective agent and membrane dissolving agent. Then the feed liquid after coldextraction was concentrated by 105and 104molecular weight hollow-fiber membrane. Finally SOD with activityof 1 800 U/mg and polysaccharide with 13.35 % content could be obtained after organic solvent extraction.These results can provide a reference to explore and multipurpose use wild kiwi fruit.
