摘要
采用响应曲面分析法对女贞子多酚的提取工艺进行优化。单因素试验的基础上,选取四因素三水平的BoxBehnken研究方法优化多酚提取工艺。女贞子多酚最优提取工艺为:提取时间69.60 min、提取功率480 W、液料比80∶1(mL/g)、乙醇体积分数59.21%。在此条件下女贞子多酚提取率为6.527%。最优条件下提取的女贞子多酚能有效抑制大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的增殖。
The optimization of the extraction process of polyphenols from Ligustrum lucidum Ait was achievedby response surface methodology. On the basis of single-factor experiments, the method of Box-Behnken designwith four factors and three levels was adopted to optimize the extraction process of polyphenols. The optimumconditions for extracting polyphenols from Ligustrum lucidum Ait were found to be:extraction time 69.60 min,extraction power 480W,liquid-solid ratio 80 颐 1(mL/g)and ethanol concentration 59.21 %. Under theseconditions,the yield of polyphenols from Ligustrum lucidum Ait was 6.527 %. The polyphenols extracted fromLigustrum lucidum Ait under the optimum conditions were effective to suppress the proliferation of Escherichiacoli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis.
