摘要
目的探究临床护理路径对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的影响。方法选择靖江市人民医院呼吸内科2016年7月至2017年6月收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组患者进行临床护理路径干预,对照组患者进行常规护理干预,比较两组患者护理前后的生活质量(GQOLI-74量表评分)、护理满意度、住院时间及治疗费用。结果住院时两组患者的GQOLI-74量表中躯体、心理、社会、物质功能评分及总分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,实验组患者各领域得分及总分提高明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护理干预前后各领域得分及总分提高不明显(P>0.05)。实验组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间和治疗费用均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径能够提高COPD患者的生活质量,减少住院时间和治疗费用,同时提高了患者对护理的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods Sixty patients with COPD admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Jingjiang People＇s Hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Patients in the experimental group were treated with clinicalnursing interventions,while patients in the control group were given routine nursing interventions.The quality of life（GQOLI-74 scale）,hospitalization time and treatment cost were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in physical function scores,psychological function scores,social function scores,material function scores,and total scores between the two groups before the intervention（P〈0.05）;Having been treated with intervention,the scores in various fields and total scores of the experimental group increased significantly,and there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group（P〈0.05）.The scores in various fields and total scores of the control group increased after the intervention without significant difference（P〉0.05）.The satisfaction of nursing in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）;The hospitalization time and treatment costs in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The clinical nursing pathway improves not only the quality of life of the patients with COPD,but nursing satisfaction and reduces hospitalization time and treatment costs of patients.
