摘要
为适应快速发展的现代生物医学,提高学生创新能力和实践能力,巩固和加深理解所学专业知识,熟练掌握实验及操作技能,我们借鉴了优秀的高等医学院校的经验,积极建设"分子生物学第二课堂"。分子生物学的学习需要理论与实验教学紧密结合,但又为实验教学的开展难度大所局限。融入虚拟教学手段后,既弥补了实验教学的难度,又增加了学生的知识面。同时第二课堂为学生提供了参与分子生物学相关课题研究的机会,结合开展的分子生物学相关实验设计大赛和培训,让学生多次实操,加强记忆和熟练程度,灵活运用,融会贯通,激发其科研兴趣。我校医学基础教学实验中心,同时承担了湖南省虚拟仿真教学实验中心,以及湖南省大学生创新训练中心的质量工程建设,也为建设分子生物学第二课堂的教学改革与创新提供了得天独厚的条件。
In order to adapt to the rapid development of modern biomedicine,improve students' innovative and practical abilities,consolidate and deepen their understanding of the specialized knowledge and master the experimental and operational skills,we have drawn on the experience of excellent medical colleges and universities to actively build the second class of molecular biology. The study of molecular biology needs a close combination of theory and experimental teaching,but it is limited by the difficulty of experimental teaching. After incorporating virtual teaching methods,it not only makes up for the difficulty of experimental teaching,but also increases students’ knowledge. At the same time,the second classroom provides students with the opportunity to participate in research related to molecular biology related topics,combined with the conduct of molecular biology related experiments to design competitions and training,allowing students to practice memory and proficiency more than once,flexible use,integration,stimulate their research interests. The school's medical basic teaching experiment center also undertakes the(Hunan Provincial Virtual Simulation Teaching Experimental Center
and the Hunan University Student Innovation Training Center's)quality project construction. It also provides a unique advantage for the teaching reform and innovation of the second classroom of molecular biology.
