摘要 目的:建立辛夷药材的高效薄层鉴别方法,并结合高效液相色谱法,鉴别不同品种辛夷药材。方法:以木兰脂素和里立脂素B二甲醚为对照品,对辛夷药材进行薄层鉴别,并考察不同提取方式、不同提取溶剂、不同展开系统、不同点样量、不同温度、不同湿度对辛夷药材高效薄层色谱的影响;通过高效液相图谱寻找不同品种的辛夷药材的化学特征。结果:建立的高效薄层色谱法,辛夷药材鉴别斑点清晰,专属性强,分离效果好,可区分不同品种的辛夷;高效液相色谱法可直观看出不同品种的辛夷药材的化学特征,从而区分不同品种的辛夷药材。结论:高效液相色谱法能够很好地鉴别出不同品种的辛夷药材。高效薄层色谱法简单高效,重复性好,可作为不同品种辛夷药材的有效鉴别方法之一。 Objective:To establish a High performance thin-layerchromatography(HPTLC)method,and combine with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)for identifying different varieties of Magnoliae flos herbs.Methods:Use the Magnolia and Lysopride B Dimethyl ether as the reference substances to identify the Magnoliae flos herbs by HPTLC.Extraction methods,extraction solvents,development system,Spot volume,expand the distance,temperature,humidityand so on,are considered as factors which affected the results of separation.The chemical characteristics of different varieties of Magnoliae flos herbs were studied by HPLC.Results:The HPTLCofMagnoliae flos herbsshow that spots are clear,with high-specificity and good separation.candistinguish different varieties of Magnoliae flos herbs.HPLC can visually see the chemical characteristics of different varieties of Magnoliae flos herbs,so as to distinguish different varieties of Magnoliae flos herbs.Conclusion:The established method is simple,efficient and reproducible,and it can be used as one of the effective methods for distinguishing different varieties ofMagnoliae flos herbs.HPLC can identify different varieties ofMagnoliae flos herbs.
