摘要
为了考查液态二氧化碳(CO_2)对微粉煤性质的影响,利用间歇作业的搅拌混合柱开展了微粉煤表面改性试验研究,结合FTIR、XPS及微量热仪等分析仪器重点研究了经液态CO_2处理改性前后微粉煤官能团和润湿热的变化情况。结果表明:采用液态CO_2处理可以降低微粉煤含氧官能团含量,从而改变微粉煤的亲/疏水性官能团的比例;而由于液态CO_2良好的扩散吸附特性导致无机矿物微粒夹带进入煤颗粒的内部空隙,最终使得无机矿物微粒覆盖在其内表面上而导致润湿热的增加。
In order to understand the influence of ultra-fine coal surface properties before and after pretreatment with liquid CO2,the experiments of surface modification was performed in a column type agitator. And Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS) and micro-calorimeter were used to analyze the variation of surface functional groups and wetting heat. The results show that liquid carbon dioxide can reduce the content of oxygen-containing functional groups and change the percentage of hydrophilic and hydrophobic functional groups. The mineral particles with liquid CO2 enter the pore of ultra-fine coal,which cover the inner surface and result in the increase of wetting heat.
