摘要 利用X射线对SF6气体绝缘全封闭组合电器(GIS)设备内部缺陷照像已成为一种有效的检测手段。对于电压等级越高的GIS设备,由于外壳和导体更厚,需要使用的X射线能量将随之增大,必须慎重考虑X射线防护以保证操作人员的安全。为此就通用公司ERESCO 65 MF4型便携式X射线机周边辐射情况进行了测量,研究了辐射剂量当量率与距离之间的关系,并对管电压、管电流、距射线出口的距离和角度对X射线辐射剂量当量率的影响情况进行了研究。结果表明,X射线剂量当量率随着距离的增大而迅速减小,其传播规律由平方反比规律与衰减规律共同影响。射线机出口处的剂量当量率随管电压增大呈近似平方关系上升,随管电流呈线性关系上升;衰减系数随管电压增大而下降,与管电流无关。根据国家标准,分别以15μSv/h和2.5μSv/h划定了控制区与监督区,为现场使用X射线检测GIS设备提供了安全防护依据。 X-ray detection has become an effective testing method for defects in gas insulated switchgear(GIS). However, the X-ray energy should be higher for detecting GIS with a higher voltage level and thicker wall and conductor. The safety of operator should be taken into account more carefully. Consequently,we studied the radiation field of ERESCO 65 MF4 portable X-ray machine from General Electric Company, and studied the relationship between radiation dose rate and the distance. Besides, we studied the impacts of tube voltage, tube current, distance to the X-ray outlet and angle to radiation dose rate. The results show that X-ray dose equivalent rate decreases rapidly as the distance increases, and the propagation law of X-ray is the combined effect of the inverse square law and attenuation law. X-ray dose equivalent rate at the outlet rises in the square relationship as tube voltage increases, and in linear relationship as tube current increases. Attenuation coefficient decreases as the tube voltage rises, and has no relationship with the tube current. Finally, the controlled and supervised areas are respectively delimited by 15 μSv/h and 2.5 μSv/h according to Chinese national standard, which provides the basis of security for on-site X-ray detection for GIS.
