摘要
对煤矿水灾事故的发生原因进行了系统的研究,总结了环境因素、人为因素、物的因素及管理因素四个方面和16个具体因素,并建立了煤矿水灾事故的事故树。通过布尔运算和概率与重要度计算,对事故树进行了定性分析和定量计算。并提出了加强矿井涌水量监测和预测,确保防治水设备的可靠性,强调"以人为本"的理念,以及完善管理体系等防治对策。
The paper summarizes 16 specific water accident causes from four aspects of environment, human, objective and management and presents the establishment of fault tree. By qualitative and quantitative calculation with Boolean operation and probability importance degree, it also proposes the control countermeasures of strengthening the monitoring and prediction of water inflow, guaranteeing the reliability of water control equipment, emphasizing the idea of "people-oriented" and perfecting management system.
