摘要
目的研究高举平台法在留置导管患者中的应用效果。方法 100例留置导管患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用传统方法固定留置导管,观察组采用高举平台法固定留置导管,比较两组患者导管牢固情况、留置导管部位损伤情况以及舒适度。结果观察组患者导管牢固比例为100.0%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者留置导管部位损伤率为2.00%,低于对照组的28.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者舒适度为98.00%,高于对照组的74.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将高举平台法应用于留置导管患者中,效果显著,同时还能降低脱管风险,降低留置导管部位损伤率,值得研究。
Objective To study the effect of platform high-lift method applied in patients with indwelling catheter. Methods A total of 100 patients with indwelling catheter were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional method for fixation of indwelling catheter, and the observation group was treated with platform high-lift method for fixation of indwelling catheter. Comparison were made on firm condition, occurrence of indwelling catheter site injury and comfort degree between the two groups. Results The observation group had higher firm proportion as 100.0% than 70.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had lower incidence of indwelling catheter site injury as 2.00% than 28.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had higher comfort degree as 98.00% than 74.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of platform high-lift method shows remarkable effect in patients with indwelling catheter, while at the same time reducing the risk of deliquescence and incidence of indwelling catheter site injury. It is worthy of study.
