摘要
目的调查低年资护士心理资本及职业获益感现状,并分析低年资护士心理资本对其职业获益感的影响。方法应用护士心理资本调查问卷、护士职业获益感问卷以及自行编制的一般资料问卷对秦皇岛市某医院537名低年资护士进行问卷调查。结果低年资护士心理资本总分为96.74±25.41分,护士职业获益感总分为112.70±25.66分,低年资护士的心理资本与护士职业获益感总分和各维度呈正相关(P<0.01);低年资护士心理资本中的乐观、自我效能、期望维度对职业获益感有积极影响。结论护理管理者应针对不同特征开发低年资护士心理资本来提高护士职业获益感水平。
Objective To investigate the status quo of psychological capital and occupational benefit of junior nurses,and to analyze the influence of psychological capital on the occupational benefit of junior nurses. Methods Nurses' Psychological Capital Questionnaire,nurses' occupational benefit questionnaire and general demographic characteristics questionnaire were used to investigate 537 junior nurses in a hospital. Results The total score of junior nurses' psychological capital was 96. 74 ± 25. 41. The total score of the junior nurses' professional benefit was 112. 70 ± 25. 66. The scores of total and dimensions of junior nurses' psychological capital were positively correlated with the occupational benefit of junior nurses( P〈 0. 01). The optimistic,self-efficacy and expectation dimension of junior nurses' psychological capital were the positive factors of occupational benefit of junior nurses. Conclusion Nursing managers should develop the psychological capital of junior nurses with different characteristics to improve their occupational benefit.
