Effects of Lower Limb Rehabilitation Robot on The Balance and Coordination Function of Elder Stroke Patients

摘要 目的探讨下肢康复机器人对下肢平衡和协调功能的改善情况。方法 706例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分成常规组(n=282例)和机器人组(n=424例)。常规组进行常规康复训练,机器人组在此基础上增加下肢康复机器人训练,每天30分钟,每周5天。两组患者分别于治疗前、治疗8周、治疗12周后进行评定。采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)、平衡性协调测定和非平衡性协调测定评定治疗前后效果。结果两组患者BBS、协调功能测试和非平衡性协调功能测试治疗8周后,均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01),治疗12周后,两组BBS评分、协调功能测试和非平衡性协调功能仍有显著性改变(P<0.01),且治疗8周及12周后,机器人组均明显高于同期常规组(P<0.01)。结论下肢康复机器人对患者下肢平衡和协调功能的提高有一定的作用。 Objective To investigate the improvement of balance and coordination function in lower limb rehabilitation robot.Methods 706 patients with stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into routine group( n = 282) and robot group( n = 424).Routine rehabilitation training was performed in the conventional group; and the robot group trained with lower extremity rehabilitation robot,and 30 mins/d,5 days/week,besides routine rehabilitation training. Evaluated both groups in 8 th and 12 th week after training. The effect of the treatment was evaluated by Berg balance Scale( BBS),balance coordination function and non-equilibrium coordination. Results The two groups of patients with BBS,coordination function test and non-equilibrium coordination function test after 8 weeks of treatment were significantly higher than before treatment( P 〈0. 01),after 12 weeks of treatment,two groups of BBS score,coordination function test and non-balance coordination function still had significant change( P〈 0. 01). And after 8 weeks and 12 weeks,the robot group was significantly higher than the normal group( P〈 0. 01). Conclusion Lower extremity rehabilitation robot has a certain effect on the improvement of balance and coordination function of lower limb.
