摘要
目的探讨临床护理人员锐器伤的发生情况及其低报告率原因,为制定锐器伤预防措施提供依据,以提高报告率,减轻护理人员的职业暴露伤害。方法应用自行设计的锐器伤情况调查表,对我院临床护理人员2014年发生的锐器伤及其上报情况和未上报的原因进行调查。结果共收回调查问卷72份,其中发生锐器伤22人次,暴露率30.56%,主动上报登记7人次,上报率31.82%;锐器伤的暴露率与科室和操作环节有关,上报率与源患者年龄、损伤程度有关,而临床护士锐器伤的风险意识不足和上报流程繁琐是未能上报的主要原因,分别占40.00%和26.67%。结论建立健全医院锐器伤暴露报告系统,加强护理人员普遍性预防教育,可以有效提高锐器伤报告率。
Objective Discussion the occurrence on the sharp injury among clinical nursing staff and the reason of low reporting rate. To provide the basis for the sharp instrument injury prevention measures. To improve the reporting rate and reduce the damage of the nursing staff occupation exposure. Methods To investigate the clinical nursing staff sharp instrument injury occurred in 2014 in the work reported and unreported reason by using self designed questionnaire and taking a retrospective questionnaire survey. Results A total recovery of 72 questionnaires,the occurrence of sharp instrument injury of 22 passengers,exposure rate of 30.56%,take the initiative to report the registered 7 passengers,the reporting rate of 31.82%.sharp instrument injury rate and exposure related to departments and operation steps,the reported rate connected with the age,the degree of injury. The lack of sharp injury risk awareness of clinical nurses and the cumbersome process are the major causes of unreported,accounted for 40.00% and 26.67%.Conclusion It will improve the rate of sharp instrument injury report by establishing the hospital sharp injury exposure reporting system and strengthening the education of universal prevention of nursing staff.
