摘要
悬臂浇筑法是目前大跨度混凝土连续梁桥的主要施工方法,而临时固结是连续梁悬臂施工成桥合拢前的必备措施,其可为悬臂浇筑施工安全抗倾覆提供可靠支撑.目前临时固结设计并无统一标准要求,而施工既要结合施工现场的不利工况计算,又不能无限制扩大安全储备,造成浪费.本文结合实际连续梁桥的施工,分析施工中可能出现的不利因素,对临时固结进行设计探究.
The cantilever casting is the main construction method of the long-span concrete continuous girder bridge at present, the temporary consolidation is a necessary measure for the continuous beam cantilever construction before it is closed that provides reliable support for cantilever cast construction safety anti-overturning. There is no unified standard requirement for the current temporary consolidation design.The construction must be combined with the calculation of unfavorable conditions at the construction site, and it can not expand the safety reservation without restriction, resulting in waste. This article combines the construction of the actual continuous beam bridge, analysis of possible adverse factors in construction and research on the design of temporary consolidation.
