宽幅连续梁临时固结方案设计与优化 被引量:3

摘要 随着中国公路网不断发展,悬挂法施工的连续梁不断增多,梁宽、梁重、梁长不断突破,如何防止施工过程整个T构的倾覆是安全控制重点。结合杭州某公路桥梁工程实例,对其宽幅连续梁原设计的临时固结方案(体外临时支撑柱+体内垫石两侧设置临时支墩)进行了分析,将原方案临时支撑柱的直径和壁厚、精轧螺纹钢的数量进行了优化;并继续优化为临时支撑柱不单独设置,直接利用施工0#块的支架柱作临时固结支撑柱,这样节省材料、工期,也更经济,施工安全也有保证,可为类似工程提供参考。 With the continuous development of highway network in China,the continuous beam constructed by suspension method is increasing,and the beam width,beam weight and beam length are breaking through.How to prevent the overturning of the whole T-structure in the construction process is the focus of safety control.Based on a highway bridge project in Hangzhou,this paper analyzed the original design of temporary consolidation scheme of the wide continuous beam(external temporary supporting column and internal cushion stone with temporary supporting piers on both sides),the diameter and wall thickness of the original temporary support column and the quantity of finished rolled thread steel were optimized,and the optimization was continued as the temporary support column was not set separately,and the temporary consolidation support column was directly used as the temporary consolidation support column of the construction 0#block.In this way,the materials and construction time were saved,and the construction safety was also guaranteed,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
