采煤机扭矩轴断裂特性数值模拟 被引量:4

Numerical simulation of shearer torque shaft fracture characteristics

摘要 作为保护采煤机关键零部件的扭矩轴,其断裂特性对采煤机的可靠性与使用寿命有重大影响。建立采煤机刚柔虚拟样机耦合模型,结合实际工况,基于项目组开发的采煤机载荷模拟程序计算获得了采煤机滚筒的载荷文件,通过ADAMS仿真得到了扭矩轴的最大剪切应力及时刻。建立引入裂纹后的扭矩轴有限元模型,结合断裂力学,应用微动疲劳与三维裂纹扩展分析软件FRANC3D对扭矩轴进行断裂特性数值模拟,得到了扭矩轴裂纹前缘应力强度因子,对其进行裂纹扩展分析,结果表明裂纹前缘应力强度因子随着裂纹扩展步数的增加而增加,疲劳寿命为2.185 8×10~5次。将虚拟样机技术与断裂力学相结合,为机械设备中零部件设计与研究提供了新的技术与数据支持。 For protecting the torque shaft which is a key component on the shearer, fracture characteristics of torque shaft have significant impact on the performance of the reliability and fatigue life of the shearer. Shearer flexible virtual prototype coupling model was established, combined with the actual working condition, and based on the ′shearer load simulation program′developed by project team, shearer drum load files were calculated, and shear stress and strain contours of the torque shaft were obtained by ADAMS. Finite element model of torque shaft crack was established, combined with fracture mechanics, FRANC3 D was used to do numerical simulation of the torque shaft crack features and crack propagation analysis, then the torque shaft crack′s stress intensity factor was obtained. The results show that crack front stress intensity factor increases with the increase of the crack propagation steps, the fatigue life was 2.185 8×10~5. Combined virtual prototype technology with fracture mechanics, a new technology and data support was provided for the design and research of machinery and equipment parts.
